About Us – McCarthy & Cox

Investing with purpose. Built on collaboration.

At Kintra Wealth, we believe successful investing begins with disciplined thinking, not reacting to the latest headline or chasing the next trend.

As an advisor-owned community, we bring together experienced investment professionals with diverse perspectives, united by a shared commitment to thoughtful portfolio management and long-term client outcomes.

That collaborative approach is reflected in everything we do, including the development of TRIO, our actively managed buffered ETF.

Built by Experience. Strengthened by Community.

TRIO was developed from an investment philosophy refined over decades by the investment team at McCarthy & Cox and has continued to evolve through the collective expertise of Kintra Wealth.

Today, it represents more than a single investment strategy, it reflects how we believe investment solutions should be built: thoughtfully, collaboratively, and always with investors’ long-term goals in mind.

Our Investment Philosophy

Markets will always fluctuate.

Our philosophy doesn’t.

We believe successful investing is grounded in:

  • Long-term thinking
  • Disciplined risk management
  • Active decision-making
  • Diversification with purpose
  • Fiduciary responsibility

Rather than attempting to predict every market movement, we focus on building resilient portfolios designed to help investors stay invested through changing market conditions.

Why TRIO?

TRIO brings together multiple equity markets with buffered downside protection through FLEX Options in a single actively managed ETF.

Designed for investors seeking growth potential while managing downside risk, TRIO reflects Kintra’s belief that sophisticated investment strategies should be accessible, transparent, and thoughtfully managed.
